33-year-old dictator, Un, addresses the 7th Congress of the Workers’ party, while showing off his weirdly deep voice.

It’s certainly safe to say he has the voice of a dictator, although his fuhrer-esque appeal is minimised by the fact he has to read his speech from an A4 piece of paper – making him look more like a nervous schoolboy doing a reading at the front of the class rather than a mass-murdering ruler.
